Olga's career in Healthcare began in 2005. In her Recruitment role she was responsible for hiring medical staff from all over the United States to work in Hospitals in and around the Boston area. In 2008, Olga started her career in elder care when she successfully established a Homecare office of aides and clients through building positive relationships.
Why Senior Care? Ever since Olga started in the Senior Care field, she realized how vital it is for the aging population to maintain a level of independence in the comfort of their own homes. Maintaining a high quality of life while aging at home is a mission she feels very passionate about.
Fun Facts: Olga moved to the United States from Russia in 1991. She plays the piano and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves art, the outdoors, reading, trying new cuisines, traveling, and listening to music.
