Ginna started her career at Ezra Home Care as a caregiver, in 2008. Her empathy, dedication, and attention to detail, led to Ginna’s promotion in 2015 to Sr. Healthcare Coordinator.
Why Senior Care? From a young age, Ginna was drawn to people in need, especially seniors who are vulnerable or lonely. Ginna was born in Columbia, South America, and arrived in the United States in 2005, where she was inspired by a friend who was working as a Health Care Companion.
Recognizing the significance of this vital work, Ginna completed her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and began her journey taking care of seniors. Prior to joining Ezra, Ginna served as a CNA in an assisted living facility in Brighton, Massachusetts, and was soon promoted to Assistant Activities Director.
Ginna holds a degree in Business Administration from Ean University, in Columbia, South America. She completed course studies in English at Cape Code Community College, and is currently taking a course entitled, Intellectual Disabilities Healthcare Around the World, through the University of Queensland, Australia.
Fun Facts: Ginna spends nights and weekends enjoying outdoor activities, music, reading, watching movies, socializing with friends, and spending time with her loving family.
